Stretches for Tight Hips; Why Are My Toes Numb When Running?

My hips have been feeling very tight for the past few months and I've been trying to be good about rolling my IT band and stretching. Check out some of the stretches I've been doing lately. Even if your hips aren't tight, those moves feel really good post-run and can help improve your flexibility.
