Time to Spice Up Your Treadmill Workouts

Winter is sooooo booooorrrriiiinnnnnggggg.  In fact, every day starts to feel like Groundhog Day, which is apropos since tomorrow really is Groundhog Day.  I don't need a groundhog to tell me how long winter is going to be.

I'm in Chicago, for the love of all that's holy.  It lasts until July.

The point is, I'm bored with my workouts.  Are you?  If so, I've got some new ones for you.
