The JAMA Internal Medicine published a study this week from Harvard Medical School and the National Cancer Institute. After using elaborate statistical methods to analyse data from almost 1.5 million Americans and Europeans, they found that a regular execise habit slashes the risk for cancer of the: breast, lung, colon, liver, esophagus, kidney, stomach, endometrium, blood, bone marrow, head and neck, rectum, and bladder.
