Getting sore is a normal by-product of doing new activities and, with spring and summer on the doorstep, you're adding even more activity than you normally do.  Many of us are doing yard work, taking long bike rides and doing other warm weather activities that tax the body in a whole different way.  Find out what to do when you're sore and when to back off.
