| | I just read an article this morning that the "traditional breakfast" of cereal, juice, and coffee is shifting. Without going into how "traditional" that breakfast is (I would say "not"), it turns out that cereal and juice sales are down (as is homebrewed coffee). They said that people are going for (gasp) more protein and less sugar in their breakfasts! Woohoo! | Muffins One quick breakfast tip is to make some low-carb muffins or coffee cake and put them in the freezer to defrost at a moment's notice. Here are my low-carb recipes for muffins and quick breads. Pancakes can also be frozen.
