If you leap up raring to conquer the world every day, you'll still enjoy this morning sequence, but it's really for those of us who need to be coaxed out of bed and back into reality. It starts slow and gentle, but by the end for these ten poses, you'll feel invigorated and ready to go. 

10 Poses for Morning
Though you can do your practice any time of day that works for you, it makes sense to tailor the poses you do to the hour at which you do them. This quick sequence will encourage you from sleep to wake in a timely fashion.
