From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise

It's so easy to plan a workout, isn't it?  There you are some fine, sunny day, bouncing out of bed for your 5-mile jog or your 90-minute yoga class.  You're shiny and sweaty, happily burning calories and then reality hits.  When that future day finally comes, it's not sunny...it's dark and cold.  And you're not bouncing out of bed.  You're pushing the snooze button and burrowing deeper under the covers.

Planning some future workout isn't a problem.  It's doing that workout...and the next one...and the next one that's such a struggle.  But a lot of us give up on exercise long before it becomes a habit we can stick with.  Don't worry - It usually takes a bunch of tries before you get it right.
