As you know, I have lots of tricks on the site for making sure you're eating a nutrient-packed diet, while eating one that is low in carb.  One of the ways I do this personally is to make sure I eat so-called "super foods" frequently.  A low-carb superfood is one that gives you a great boost of nutrients and health benefits while being low in starch and sugar.  Try a new food this week!  Laura
