I think we're all in a rut these days. The kind of rut where we feel like winter is never going to end. The kind of rut where if we have to put on that stupid winter coat one more time, we may just start screaming and never stop. And, let me just say, screaming does NOT make snow go away. I know of what I speak. We can't do much about the winter weather rut, so why not tackle some other ruts in your life...say, your strength training workouts? If you're not lifting weights, then it's easy to make your way out of your rut - Start lifting. If you are lifting weights and you've been doing the same old thing, I've got some ideas for you. Here's hoping the winter rut will end soon. |
