Can a Low-Carb Diet Cure Compulsive Eating?

Emotional eating issues can be difficult to sort out from biological ones - they basically can masquerade as each other.  But if some of what is called compulsive eating can be cured by a low-carb diet,  it seems to me that should be the first thing that is tried. Alas, we know that is not the case!  Keep your cravings at bay by eating low-carb,and enjoy your week - Laura
