Hello and welcome to crazytown!  At least, that's how it feels around here.  Christmas is just a few days away and I am waaaay behind.

I can hear my husband saying, "Hi, Behind!  I thought your name was Paige."

It's a joke that never gets old...at least to him.

The point is, we're at T-minus 4 days and that means one thing - We MUST keep exercising.  It's the only thing we have left to hold onto, people.  Well, there's the wine, of course...you can have that after your workout.  Deal?
