Raise a Glass to the New Year!

'Tis the season...and many of us tend to raise a glass a bit more than usual, especially on New Year's Eve.  Of course, there are many who do best with no alcohol at all, and keeping a limit on it is a good idea for all of us.  But for those who do drink alcohol, here are some guidelines for keeping it low-carb.  Also, most of my cocktail recipes are totally tasty without the liquor.  Happy New Year's!! - Laura
