Should You Work Your Abs Everyday? How NOT to Waste Your Time

If you're like most people, you probably have a little extra fat around your mid-section.  Here's the good news:  It's not your fault!  Our bodies just likes to store excess fat there. Why?  Because it's the one place we want to lose it.

So what can you do about flabby abs?  Diet and exercise are key, but here's one thing NOT to do:  Don't waste you're time doing tons of ab exercises.  Yes, they're good for keeping you strong and they should be part of a solid overall program, but they don't do much for losing fat around the abs.  I go into detail in my new article this week, telling you how to avoid wasting your time.
