What's Your Fitness Personality?

Sometimes, we choose workouts because we think we should.  Like, everybody's talking about interval training - You know, working really hard for short periods of time and then recovering.  Yes, that's a great way to exercise but, if you don't actually like doing that kind of workout, how often do you think you'll do it?

I usually try to avoid things I don't like.

Which leads me to today's quiz, which helps you figure out your fitness personality.  And don't say you don't have one.  I know you're more than just a pretty face.
