Yes, exercise is great and all but...when you have to get up and do it on a cold, wet, October Monday morning?  It kind of sucks.  So, why do we do it anyway?  Because it sucks more when we don't exercise.

There are plenty of other reasons exercise can be annoying, reasons that may turn into excuses to skip it, if we're not careful.  Luckily, there are ways around the sucky parts of exercise, so I'm afraid you've run out of excuses.

10 Things I Hate About Exercise
As much as I love exercise, there are also a lot of things to hate about exercise. The sweating, the weather, annoying people at the gym...don't let these things stop you from working out.
