With summer behind us and the holiday season ahead, most of us are in the middle of a dry spell with taking vacations.  And if trips to visit family lie ahead in the holiday season, many of these gatherings are beautiful and memorable, but not relaxing.  (In fact, many family gatherings can be stressful, which we'll discuss as the time approaches more.)  The point I'm making is that you may be in need of a restful break, but unable to take one in the near future--and that's where I can help!  The following resources can help you fit a little more relaxation into your life now, whether you need a small dose or an overhaul.  Enjoy yourself!
