Get Ready For Daylight Saving Time

 For many of us, Daylight Saving Time (DST) is this weekend: on Sunday, we trade an hour of our day for the ability to have more sunlight in our schedule for the next six months.  Many people have voiced their frustration with this hour-forfeiting practice, but for those who live in a DST-following area, there's nothing that can be done.  So instead, we can focus on making things easier on ourselves, which is the focus of this newsletter.  Here are some things you can keep in mind in the next few days to minimize the stress of DST.
