 News flash: Salads don't have to have lettuce in them!  Here are some salads with vegetables that are easy to find in the winter.  Have a fun weekend - Laura

Broccoli Salad with Bacon

 This salad traditionally is fairly carby, with sugar in the dressing and lots of raisins (very high in sugar).  I keep the same flavors with far less sugar.

Sugar-Free Cole Slaw

 Cabbage is a classic winter vegetable, but cole slaw usually has a ton of sugar in it.  I use sugar substitute instead, but plenty of people like unsweet cole slaw.  So feel free to leave it out if you like.
