Stick to Low-Carb to Maintain a Weight Loss

It's been said that losing weight is downright easy compared to maintaining a weight loss, and there's a lot of evidence to support that.  Think about it: our bodies did not evolve to embrace weight loss, as it could be life-threatening.  Recently there has been more research into the mechanics of weight maintenance, and there are lots of good signs (yet again) for a low-carb approach.  Have a happy healthy week - Laura
