Keep Your Metabolism Going

Do you know the real key to losing weight?  No, it's not having your mouth wired shut (tempting, I know).  It has to do with your metabolism and how much it works to help you burn calories.  Now, we all have our own resting metabolic rates, but there are some things you can do to nudge your metabolism into a better, more calorie-burny kind of place.

And, no, it isn't having your mouth wired shut.  Just get that out of your head.
