Why Is It So Hard to Exercise?

I know why it's so hard to exercise...because it takes time and it makes you sweaty and you're tired and you have too much to do.  But, here's something important:  Exercise can actually give you the energy to do all the things you have to do.

I'm not making this up.  And you know I like to make things up.

The American Council on Exercise has an entire article that explains how exercise boosts energy.  If you don't feel like reading it, here's a quick summary:  Moderate exercise makes you feel better.

I've got some other resources to help you if you're struggling with exercise but, the bottom line is, just do something.  You'll be glad you did.
