Some of you may have noticed that yesterday's newsletter was blank.  This is because of a conversion About.com Health is making to Verywell.com.  This is a good thing, but there are inevitable glitches along the way, and I apologize!  I will have more about Verywell in my Monday newsletter.  In the meantime, enjoy some low-carb Mexican food!  Laura

Break out the sugar-free margaritas and guacamole! Cinco de Mayo is the most celebrated Mexican holiday in the United States (although not in Mexico).  I've collected a lot of low-carb resources together especially for Cinco de Mayo, and some fun links to info about entertaining for the holiday.
