Weekend Warrior? You Might Need to Slow it Down

Today's topic is brought to you by my lower back, which spent the weekend being punished by all the weeds in my yard.  Two days in the yard?  Is about all my back was willing to give, leaving me hobbling around the house like a very old, very tired person.  

I miss being 20.

This time of year, it's easy to overdo it with all those outdoor activities you haven't done in, oh, 6 months.  And your body will definitely let you know when you do.  Don't be a weekend warrior like I was.  Those weeds will be there tomorrow - trust me.
