I'm so excited to be able to share the things I've learned after spending decades working in the kitchen, developing recipes, and studying cooking. Today's kitchen hacks come in two brand-new posts. The first, Kitchen Hacks: Cook and Walk at the Same Time! features a fun new way to squeeze in some exercise while preparing a healthy meal. The second, Kitchen Hacks: Inspiration and Meal Perfection, is a member-exclusive post that features ways to climb out of a kitchen rut. Both posts have fun printable handouts to share too!
