How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

One of the most difficult things to accept about stress is that we can't control everything that happens in life. To be sure, we do have a lot of influence over many things, but some events are simply out of our hands--trying to control what we simply can't control (like the actions of others) can just create more stress! That's why it's very important to focus on the forms of stress management we can control. The following resources will remind of of just how much power you do have to influence your stress levels, and create a less-stressed existence in every way you can, which can make a big difference in your stress levels overall. Enjoy your weekend!
