I have to shake my head every time I hear, in 2014, that it's bad to eat fat.  Not so, but we've had it drilled into our heads so much that we may need a bit of "deprogramming"!  Also, how would you like to go on a very cool vacation where you can learn from low-carb researchers and authors, and have tons of fun?  Consider joining the 7th Annual Low-Carb Cruise this May!  Have a healthy week, and be sure to put some fun in!  Laura
