This week, we've been talking a lot about workout mojo, something many of us struggle to find as January plods its way through winter with the speed of a glacier.  Sometimes, the only way to shake out of a winter funk is with a challenge.  Knowing you can set a goal, commit to it and reach it is very important this time of year - We need to feel good about ourselves, y'all.

I've put together some ideas for a challenge, but you can always come up with your own.  Whatever you do, make it a challenge you know you can accomplish and feel good about.
