Whether you watch the Super Bowl or the Puppy Bowl, you'll want to have some good food on hand for your family and any guests who show up. If you are reading this from outside the United States, then the recipes that follow can apply to any winter gathering you might have, from a family movie night to a key soccer game, hockey game, or any excuse for a celebration.

Planning a Low-Fat Super Bowl Party
As I live in Seattle, I'm rooting for the Seahawks at this year's Super Bowl. But even if the line up had been different, I would still enter the spirit of things and enjoy a little party with family and friends. Here are some tips and suggestions for enjoying some low-fat fare while you root for your favorite team.
