| There's no doubt that it's best that we veer away from sweet foods, and over time, most people who are cutting carbs naturally do that. On the other hand, many find that a sweet low-carb treat now and then is rewarding and helps them to feel less deprived and/or tempted to stray into blood sugar-raising, high-carb territory. Here are some low-carb sweet treats. Most of them can be used with the sugar substitute of your choice, though I recommend that you try to find zero-carb ones (such as liquid sucralose), as most of the powders are actually mixed with forms of sugar -- I know, it's bizarre.
