The Swedish LCHF Diet

 One of the delights of going on the annual Low-Carb Cruise  is meeting a lot of happy people from Sweden who follow what they call the LCHF diet (Low-Carb High-Fat).  I swear they put extra butter on almost everything on their plates!  People sometimes equate "low-carb" with "high-protein", but this is not necessarily the best way to look at it.  On the other hand, protein is important in our diets, and we'll take a look at that, too.  Have a happy, healthy week, and consider coming on the cruise with us this year!  Laura
