Need Some Motivation to Exercise?

Exercise is a critical component to diabetes management. Regular physical activity can help you to maintain a healthy weight, reduce blood sugars, increase energy and improve sleep. But, sometimes its hard to get motivated. I've got some good tips to get you started - sign up for a community walk, be inspired by other success stories or invest in a fitness tracker. It's never too late to start exercising.
