Should You Eat Chia Seeds?

Every so often a "new" food is suddenly a popular "super-food".  In the case of chia seeds, it's actually a very old food that has suddenly come into the spotlight when someone decided to analyze them, and found out there are a lot of great nutrients in these tiny seeds, including omega-3 fatty acids and lots of fiber.  All this, and hardly any starch or sugar!  This week we look at a few "mystery foods, some good for us, and some not.
