Quick Fix Workouts - How to Make Your Upper Body Workouts More Efficient

Today I want to talk about saving time.  I feel like we're all looking for more time.  Like, if I just had more time, I could finally finish watching the Walking Dead.  How many seasons are there, for pete's sake?

Oh and there's the exercise thing.  We need more time, but if you don't get more time, that is no longer a viable excuse to skip your workout.  Instead, you just have to learn how to workout in the time you have.  Sorry about that.
