Why It's So Hard to Keep the Weight Off

How many times have you blamed yourself for gaining back weight you once lost? Humorist Erma Bombeck once said "With the amount of weight I've lost in my life, by all estimates I should be hanging from a keychain!"  Let's start to take a close look at this thorny problem that, frankly, most "experts" want to ignore as much as possible.  Focus on health this week rather than the number on the scale!  Laura
