News: Excess Weight Linked to an Unusual Cancer

New research suggests that people who are overweight and obese are 21 and 54 percent more likely, respectively, to contract a type of brain cancer known as meningioma.

On the other hand, physically active folks are 27 percent less likely to have the cancer. These findings are actually very important, as there are very few known ways to protect against meningioma… but we do know how to build a healthier brain.
