Getting Rid of Belly Fat - Can It Be Done?

It's kind of interesting that the word 'flab' includes the word 'ab,' since most of us struggle with flabby abs...or my new word, flabbs. 

Since most of us struggle with this same issue, it becomes obvious that the body is predisposed to store fat around the belly.  It's not anyone's fault, it's just how the human body operates.

We may not be able to control where the fat goes, but there are some things we can do to target belly fat, even if it takes awhile to get rid of it.
