New Healthy Cooking Handouts

Hi Usman!

You know how much I love reader requests, right?

I just got one from someone who is putting together a program about healthy meals and who wants to feature the advice to cook once, then serve twice. Have you heard of this approach? Basically, you cook extra food on purpose in one session so that you have more for another night. I have a lot of materials on the subject, but I couldn't resist adding a few more.

The first post, Cook Once, Serve Twice features a guide to weeknight meals with chicken. It's packed with recipe links, cooking tips and tricks, and even a printable handout! It was so much fun to write that I went ahead and made another post about the same strategy. Use Beans to Save Time on Busy Nights highlights ways to cook with beans, all week long. It's a member exclusive, and I'm especially proud of the handout that comes with it.

I hope this brightens your Monday! Let us know if you have a request!
