Salmon is an excellent source of healthful fats, while remaining low in total fats. And canned salmon is just a good for you as fresh, and convenient to store in your pantry. For tonight's meal, I've picked out salmon patty burgers, oven-baked fries, lemony green peas and a spinach and strawberry salad. Get the recipes!
