Garlic Shrimp, Cauliflower, Quinoa and Kale Salad
I chose shrimp for this meal because it's low in calories and tastes so good -- especially with the addition of garlic. Lots of garlic. For sides, I found a couple of cruciferous vegetables. First, there's a delicious tangy version of cauliflower (not the usual cheese-drenched dish), and a remarkable citrus and kale salad. In place of a starch, I've picked out quinoa. Get the recipes!
