Here's a reduced fat version of beef stroganoff. But don't worry, you won't miss the fat -- this meal is still full of flavor. Add some wilted baby spinach with garlic and some herbed carrots and you have a healthful and delicious family meal. Oh, and don't forget dessert -- a low-calorie berry crumble. Get the recipes!
