Day Nineteen
Red Pepper Roasted Lamb Chops and Brown Rice
Let's change things up a bit and go for lamb chops tonight (although pork chops will do if you don't like lamb). Roast the chops with red peppers and snap peas, for an easy (and healthful) dinner. I've also picked out a recipe for brown rice and mushrooms, and a grated carrot salad. For dessert, something really easy -- frozen grapes. Get the recipes!
