Data is power, and a good software platform offers you the data that you need rather than just the ability to sign up and bill your members. Good software systems today can collect data that will make you and your staff smarter about your business. Good software can create profiles of members to help you target market, catch potential cancellers and reward loyal members. It can help you determine which programs are attracting members, which equipment is down or at the end of its life, which trainer is your star performer and more. Tracking data is easier for club operators today than in the past because of the advances in software systems and the mobile access to this data. But that data only does you good if you know how to translate it into action. Talk with your software company representative for help.
