From Laura Dolson, your Guide to Low Carb Diets

It happens all the time: a nutritionist will proclaim that low-carb eating means "cutting out a good group", which is bad.  Or that you can't get enough nutrients on them.  Or that, my gosh, humans need whole grains to exist!  I understand why so many people are confused, and I try to reply to a concerned reader this week.  Have a healthy happy week - Laura

Conflicting Diet Advice: What to Do

Low-Carb Fruit List

Cranberry Time!

One example: cranberries. They are in the stores, and it's time for my annual pitch for the wonderfulness of cranberries. This low-carb super food is plentiful now, so grab some extra bags and throw them in the freezer. Then you can enjoy their sweet/tart goodness all year round!
