 This week is World Kindness Week (it's always the week in November that includes the 13th, which is World Kindness Day), and there are several reasons to celebrate.  There is evidence that expressing altruism can actually help you to relieve stress and feel happier, and spreading kindness can strengthen your relationships, which is a stress reliever as well.  Here's more on the reasons (and ways) to celebrate this week!
