For those in college (and for parents with kids in school), this can be an increasingly stressful time of year.  As students face increasingly difficult assignments and tests, and schedules become more packed with the holiday season on the horizon, now is a great time to focus on time management techniques, relaxation strategies, and stress relievers for college students.  The following resources can help with general stress as well as the specific stressors faced by students.  See what works best for you!
