I've recently started to rethink my position on yoga and weight loss. For years, I've been quoting the research that shows yoga isn't the type of exercise that promotes weight loss. But I've also heard a lot of anecdotal evidence and had personal experiences that contradict these clinical results. So how to reconcile these opposing viewpoints? I think the key might be to stop think of yoga as the exercise part of your weight loss plan.
