Why Should I Care About Inflammation?
It sounds like something you’d read on a fire extinguisher, but inflammation is something that everyone needs to be concerned with. The word refers to the way the body reacts to disease or injury: the cells swell up with fluid as white blood cells march into the area in order to combat the threat.

The problem is that in today’s world, many people experience chronic, low grade inflammation, which can have a negative impact on your body and your health. It’s been linked to conditions like arthritis, heart disease, and inflammatory bowel disease, but there are some lifestyle changes that can have a significant impact on your risk.
