Handout: Micro Greens 101

Fresh Start Monday NewsletterChef Judy

Good morning Usman!

Have you ever heard of micro greens?

Micro greens are very young plants that are delicate, flavorful, and absolutely packed with nutrients. I recently visited a kitchen that was growing micro greens, and I was so inspired that my team and I immediately began to research these amazing little vegetables.

Visit the post, Micro Greens 101, to see everything we learned about micro greens, including an analysis of their flavors, a discussion of ways to cook with them, a list of common micro greens, and an in-depth look at the nutrients the greens contain. There's even a handout that covers the highlights of the post.

And as usual, there's even more for members! Check out the post Grow Your Own Micro Greens for tips and tricks that will help you fill your own kitchen (or the kitchens of your clients) with micro greens. The new handout is full of great ideas.

I hope your week is off to a great start!
