  I'm a fan of celebrating those little holidays and observances that remind us to make the most of various aspects of life, so I have some fun news to share. This week contains both Chocolate Day (on the 7th), and Simplicity Day (on the 12th)!  These are both reasons to celebrate, and all routes to stress relief.  This newsletter brings resources to make the most of all that this week has to offer.
