Summer Food Safety Reminders from Cheryle Jones Syracuse, MS

Friday NewsletterChef Judy

Good morning Usman!

The temperatures are creeping up outside, and this nice weather means that lots of people will want to have outdoor barbecues, picnics, and pot lucks. These can be a total blast, but Cheryle Jones Syracuse, MS, Professor Emeritus at The Ohio State University, often worries about the extra food safety concerns that accompany these rising temperatures

That's why she created a list of what you and your clients can do to combat foodborne illness this summer. That list is available in the post, Summer Food Safety Tips, and there's a new handout with the most important tips too!

Enjoy!
